What Sapak AI does

Sapak AI: Homework Helper lets users type homework questions, upload or capture homework images, and receive AI-generated step-by-step explanations. The app supports anonymous guest use and optional Google account linking.

Information processed

• Anonymous installation identity: the app creates an installation token so the backend can manage credits, limits, and abuse protection.
• Homework requests: typed question text, optional photo instructions, and uploaded/cropped homework images are sent to the server when the user requests a solution.
• AI provider processing: homework content is sent to the configured AI provider to generate an answer and explanation.
• Credits and rewards: the backend stores credit ledger records, reward event metadata, reward verification status, and safe operational identifiers.
• Optional Google account linking: if the user signs in with Google, the backend stores only the verified Google subject identifier needed to link an app account. It does not store Google email, display name, profile photo, access token, refresh token, or ID token.
• Usage/cost analytics: the backend may store aggregate-safe usage metadata such as request type, subject code, language code, model name, token counts when available, credits charged, response time, and estimated cost. Raw homework text, answers, steps, and images are not stored in analytics tables.
• Country availability: the server may resolve a country code from the current server-observed connection IP to determine availability and aggregate country analytics. Raw IP addresses and IP hashes are not displayed in admin analytics.

Homework photos and text

Photos and question text are used to process the requested solution. Uploaded images are not intended to be permanently stored. Local history on the device may store solved question text, interpreted question text, answers, steps, subject, language, and timestamps, but not image bytes or image file paths.

Rewarded ads and credits

The app may offer optional rewarded videos to earn solve credits. In production, rewarded credits are granted only after server-side verification. Reward providers may process ad-related data according to their own policies.

Account deletion

Users who linked a Google account can request account deletion from the app or from the public Delete Account page. Deletion removes stored Google identity linking data. Anonymous aggregate operational records may remain if they do not identify the deleted account.
